BUSHTIT

With their dull brown and gray coloring, Bushtits are rather plain. They are a bit darker above than below, brown-gray heads, gray wings, and tan-gray underparts. Males sometimes have contrasting blackish face masks.

Bushtits move quickly through vegetation, almost always in flocks, and continuously make soft chips and twitters. They often forage by hanging upside down to grab small insects and spiders.
